During the Enrollment & Registration process, various documents must be forwarded to our school, including some that are required by the State of New York.
Each new student and his or her parent(s) or guardian(s) will meet with with an admissions officer to ensure that all pertinent documents are in our possession.
The Northern Academy administration is available during school hours or by appointment to answer your questions or discuss your concerns.

School policy requires that each student receive a health examination and provide health insurance information. The State of New York requires that each student have up to date immunization records. Please review the immunization letter and requirements:
If you haven’t already, upload all required documents and sign the Parent Consent & Required Documents form.
Please provide proof of residency such as the parents/guardian’s utility bill, mortgage or rental agreement showing the name and address.
Under the legal doctrine of in loco parentis, the school automatically takes parental responsibility for these students. Boarding students will maintain residence in the on-campus dormitories.
Day or homestay students may select and buy meal plans via this link. For adding on or dropping off a meal plan after the enrollment, please contact logistics@northernacademy.org
