To complete our online re-enrollment form, you will need to access your Family Portal account through your existing login.
To access Family Portal:
The FACTS system will open with a link to the re-enrollment application for your child. The process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.
The Northern Academy Admissions Office will process your child’s re-enrollment form and will reach out to you if there’s any questions.
Processing time will take 3-10 business days.
Once your child’s re-enrollment form has finished processing, you will receive an email containing the following forms:
1. Tuition Agreement
2. Enrollment Consent & Required Documents
In the Enrollment Consent & Required Documents Form, you will need to upload the following required documents:
Hosts must send the completed and signed Agreement and Waiver of Liability form to admissions@northernacademy.org.
Physical Examination (completed after August 17, 2024)
*Upload your child’s documents only if they differ or have expired from those submitted last year. Those who do not have any updated documents can upload a document that states “I do not have any updated documents to upload.”

You will receive your child’s Official Enrollment email after completing and clearing both the Tuition Agreement form and the Enrollment Consent & Required Documents form.
The Official Enrollment email contains vital information, including your child’s enrollment date, boarding details, and more.
Northern Academy does not provide transportation to and from the airport.

Day students are students who are living with their parents.
Under the legal doctrine of in loco parentis, the school automatically takes parental responsibility for these students. Boarding students will maintain residence in the on-campus dormitories.
